Apply by dabbing the base of your lashes with the micro - tip applicator, and slightly brush through (halfway of your new lashes).
Once you have coated your new lash look with sealer, go ahead and fuse (press down) using the lash applicator.
Repeat these steps on the other eye.
Ingredients: AQUA, ACRYLATES/ETHYLHEXYL ACRYLATE COPOLYMER, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, PHENOXYETHANOL/ETHYLEXYL GLYCERIN, OCTANOL/ ETHYL ETHYL GLYCEROL.
